This intensive service involves carefully hand sanding or machine sanding selected or full body panels, where paint depth allows, to safely reduce deeper defects that conventional machine polishing alone cannot remove.

Using precision sanding techniques with ultra-fine abrasives, we target imperfections such as orange peel, deeper scratches, heavy swirl marks, sanding marks, oxidation, etching, and other paint defects. Once the sanding stage is complete, the paintwork undergoes an extensive multi-stage machine polishing process to fully refine the finish, restoring exceptional gloss, depth, and clarity.

Every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and paint depth measured before any sanding takes place to ensure the process is carried out safely and professionally. This is a highly skilled, time-intensive service recommended for show cars, prestige vehicles, restorations, or owners seeking the highest possible finish.

Please note: As paint systems vary between vehicles, sanding is only performed where sufficient clear coat is available. Every vehicle is individually assessed to ensure the safest possible approach while achieving outstanding results.
